Lord Palen’s tragedy, Chapter 5-6

“Lord Nerihorn, I would go to your House and see what is happening, if they know. I would not try to Jump to your estate at present. There is a good chance that everyone there is dead.”
With that, that ends this book. There may be a delay with the next one. It has gone very long(>150k words) and doesn’t want to come to a conclusion. Needless to say, there was a boom someplace and that causes a lot to happen.
I don’t watch TV. If somebody were to ask me what the favorite shows were and what was on them, I couldn’t tell you. Somehow I got out of the habit. Maybe that’s because I don’t have access to a TV right now, but by and large I don’t miss it very much. Frankly most of the shows on just didn’t appeal to me very much.
Adam’s rather poignant last day of shooting of Mythbusters.

This is one show that will be missed by a lot of us. It was fun and inspirational in ways that television rarely is. Well life goes on.

A great article from the Director of Photography at Mythbusters. I imagine that it’s a complicated case of developing new ways to get the cameras in unusual places, getting the difficult shots and treating all cameras as expendable. And having one camera far back for the long shots for those BIG booms.
