Japan’s public broadcaster wins landmark court case and 12 bucks

To be honest I watch some NHK programs like Begin Japanology on YouTube and if I lived in Japan I would pay up just to get NHK world, which my cable company doesn’t offer. Still, strong arm tactics don’t reflect on NHK very well. Couldn’t they just have pledge breaks?
