This is more or less a newsletter for job seekers like myself. I try to find good job search strategies, bad job search strategies, pure BS and job related articles every week. So far I’ve never run short. Please pass this around. I’m not doing this for any reason other than the desire to help and communicate with other job seekers. Likeability? Look not everybody can be likeable. Frequently the most skilled are not. This would have everybody trying to be something that they are not.

Been there, done that. sometimes it works when the boss understands that he know less than you do in certain areas and more in things you don’t have experience in simply because you may not have been in that job long enough to acquire the knowledge. Other times the boss just can’t handle the fact that he doesn’t know everything. That doesn’t end well.

Hobbies build character. They also get you into the habit of growing and exploring new things. Which feeds back to work.

Of course corporations don’t want the best people.
